Lauren plays an essential role in keeping the practice running smoothly and ensuring every patient has a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Having previously worked in an orthodontic office combined with a background in insurance and administration she developed a strong understanding of patient care, scheduling, and insurance processes. She is committed to creating a welcoming and efficient environment for both patients and staff. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters, Henley and Kennedy, making family memories and enjoying all that Cape Ann has to offer. Her dedication to both her family and our practice helps create the welcoming, family-orientated atmosphere that patients appreciate.
Sharon
Patient Coordinator/Front Desk
For more than two decades, Sharon has been one of the welcoming faces at the heart of the practice. Since joining the office in 2002, she has worked alongside three different dental office owners, providing patients with the same friendly smile, familiar voice, and exceptional care every step of the way. Her dedication, knowledge, and commitment to our patients have helped create the warm and trusted environment so many families have come to appreciate over the years. Sharon expertly guides patients through scheduling, handles your insurance coordination with ease, and is always here to answer your questions. She has been a steady and invaluable part of the office’s history and continued success. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her daughter Abby and family while soaking up the sunshine at the beach.
Karen
Dental Hygienist
Since 2004, Karen has been a trusted and familiar part of the practice, caring for patients through three different office owners while continuing to provide the same compassionate, high-quality care. Over the years, she has built lasting relationships with generations of families who appreciate her gentle approach, attention to detail, and commitment to patient comfort. Her experience, dedication, and genuine care for every patient have made her an essential part of the practice and a steady presence our patients know and trust year after year. Outside of the office Karen enjoys spending time with her husband Keith and son Benjamin. She is also an active member of her church community and enjoys volunteering and participating in church events.
Vanessa
Dental Hygienist
Since joining the practice in 2024, Vanessa has quickly become a valued part of the team with her warm personality, gentle care, and dedication to helping patients feel comfortable at every visit. She loves building relationships with patients and creating positive dental experiences for families in our community. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Derrick, and their two children, Lily and Jack, who keep life fun and busy. Her caring nature both in and out of the office shines through in everything she does.
Madysen
Dental Assistant
Mady joined the practice in 2022 through the cooperative internship program at Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical School. From day one, her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn made her a wonderful fit for the team. After graduating, she officially joined the office full time and continues to grow her passion for dentistry while attending dental hygiene school at Middlesex Community College. Patients appreciate her friendly personality and caring approach, and we are proud to support her as she continues building her career in the dental field.

Since joining the practice in 2026, Rachael has quickly become a valued member of the team with her positive attitude, attention to detail, and compassionate care for patients. She enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visits while working closely with the doctors and team to provide a smooth and welcoming experience. Her enthusiasm for dentistry and dedication to learning make her a wonderful addition to the practice and our growing team.
